60 or 80 cm hydraulic mulcher applicable to excavators with weight 1.2-2.5 ton, suitable for drainage working on grass, bushes, brooms, up to a diameter of 3 cm.

It is a symmetrical mulcher, with identical input and output mouths. The faceplates are adjustable and open fully, to allow higher cutting capacity. It allows a faster cutting thanks to the excavator rotation.

  • Direct transmission.
  • Internally reinforced with double metal sheet.
  • Symmetric shearing head, for quick rotation.
  • Input and output opening completely identical.
  • Protective cover for motor.
  • 4 Line rotor with tempered blade M1F.
  • Inside rotor supports with ”labyrinth” for protection of bearings from debris.
  • Double row spherical adjustable bearings of 1st quality.
  • Valves block complete with priority valve for adjusting oil flow, anti-shock valve (pressure relief valve), anti-cavitation.
  • Gear motor.
  • Accident prevention rubber protections according to EC directives

As the company grew they have expanded to offer excavator mounted flails and fixed tooth Mulchers along with a full range of tractor mounted Backhoe loaders to the range. Being a family sized company the factory are often open to new project ideas or modifications to suit particular customer applications upon request!
